John and Juanita Hamparsum
Sibling team John and Juanita Hamparsum are keen adopters of novel technologies, practices and techniques. They admit they don't always go to plan, but also know that without trying anything new there's no chance of improving.
Their farm Drayton sits between Breeza and Gunnedah in the NSW Liverpool Plains where they grow cotton, canola, wheat and sorghum. Through modifications to irrigation management, building soil organic matter, tree plantings and increasing solar capacity they're adapting Drayton to impacts of #ClimateChange.
Curious about the benefits gleaned from adopting these new practices? Tune in to be motivated by this duo who are willing to take risks and make mistakes to become stronger.
