Refund policy

Farms of the Future is not a retail store and the products listed on agtech.dpi.nsw.gov.au are not available for purchase through this site. Any purchase that you make from your Tech List will be subject to the terms and conditions and refund policy of the shop, website and/or retailer (“Retailer”) where you purchase that product.

If you need to refund any product that you have purchased from your Tech List, this must be done directly with the Retailer where you have purchased that product, not through agtech.dpi.nsw.gov.au. Please contact the Retailer from where you purchased that particular product in order to organise your refund. Any refund you seek will be subject to the refund policy of the Retailer concerned.
