Exhibitor information

The 2025 Henty Agtech Alley will be located at S893-898 on 4th Farm Avenue – use this location for your Site inductions. FoTF Staff will be on site from Monday morning.

There is the possibility of rain or windy weather occurring during the field days. Please consider wet or adverse weather arrangements, particularly those exhibiting outdoors. If you are displaying Agtech in our outdoor area, ensure that the Agtech is weatherproof and that you have a safety plan if there is any risk of lightning hitting taller structures. Contact Henty Machinery Field days staff for bark chip and hay if needed (it is first in best dressed): office@hmfd.com.au

Bump In & Bump Out 

Bump In: Monday 22/9/2025.
Bump Out: Friday 26/9/2025. 

Access hours are generally, 8:30am to 5pm. These hours are subject to change at any time. If you need confirmation of access hours, please call the HMFD office. Access is open for tent hire companies from 1/9/2025. All sites must be set up by 6PM Monday 22/9/2025.

Bump out: Use of free HMFD loading facilities available. All exhibits to be removed by 10/10/2025.

Agtech Alley Marquee Exhibitors
These exhibition sites are 3x3m and include power, a 1.8m table and 2 chairs. The marquee has a floor.

Agtech Alley Outdoor Exhibitors

These exhibition sites are 3x5m or 5x5m and include power, a 1.8m table and 2 chairs. They do not include shelter.

Each exhibitor receives 2 staff passes and 1 off-site car pass.

Extra information

  • If you need extra passes, purchase them here The code to unlock exhibitor tickets is HMFDEX2025
  • Need help loading/unloading? Book in with HMFD ASAP.
  • Need somewhere to store a trailer? “Truck Parking” (truck and trailer parking) is located next to the front gate and has security 24/7 for the week of the field days with a guard on the gate. Cameras are also on the gates. Trailers should always be locked and are left at your own risk.

Daily Live Demonstrations at Agtech Alley
We have a large demonstration space this year which is a fantastic opportunity for your business, at no extra cost. Agtech Alley exhibitors are welcome to attend or participate. 

  • Daily live demonstrations on-site Tuesday-Thursday, 10.00 - 15.00
  • Book your spot/s in advance to take advantage of FoTF promotions. 
  • Demonstrations may also occur sporadically 
  • Microphones will be used during the demonstrations

Outdoor Agtech Demonstrations 
We require all demonstrations in the outdoor area to be sending live data to a screen or device on your exhibitor stand in Agtech Alley. If you have software as a service (SAAS), we recommend having a screen on your site to support demonstration. Any risks or safety considerations for outdoor demonstrations must be communicated to Sarah ASAP. 

Exhibitor Car Park Locations
2025 Car Parks Exhibitor Off-site vehicle passes allow you to access your site to unload until 9am each day of the field days.  This vehicle needs to be off your site by 9am and parked in our exhibitor car parks or in the public car parks. Exhibitors are encouraged to park in the outside carparks to the East and West of the exhibition site, or on the old airstrip to the south of the exhibition site.

Our Requirements 

  • Intent to participate in, and any requirements for Agtech demonstrations, must be communicated to Sarah by 31 August, 2025
  • Please see maps on this page for car parks, first aid, Agtech Alley location, Agtech Alley layout
  • We require exhibitors to have a branded tablecloth and backdrop for their site
  • Please check you have provided us a certificate of currency that covers the date of HMFD Field Days
  • We require that exhibitors in the marquee do not use another marquee inside. This blocks other exhibitors and can encroach on their space.
  • Drone demonstrations are not permitted at the Agtech Alley site. If you’d like to participate in Henty’s drone demonstrations, reach out to admin@hmfd.com.au
  • Coffee machines and baristas are not permitted on exhibitors sites without permission
  • Every exhibitor in Agtech Alley must submit a site safety plan and worker induction.  The person completing the induction should be someone who will be present on site for the three days of the field days. They should also share the information within the induction with other staff who will be on site. Go to QIN CodeSafe to complete the induction

Exhibitor Checklist

  • Purchase extra staff or car passes if needed
  • Complete HMFD Site Safety Plan and Induction
  • Send Insurance Certificate of Currency
  • Book forklift if required

General Information
Traffic is usually very heavy during the three days of the field days. Add a extra 1 hr (minimum) to your travel time to site each day.
No vehicle movements permitted on site 9am-5pm on the days of the field days (official and service vehicles excepted). Please ensure this is communicated to your staff. They will not be permitted to leave before 5pm if they have parked inside the exhibition area (no exceptions – please plan ahead). We have been advised not to leave laptops or similar on site overnight.

Security will be 24/7 during the week of the field days and there are several security cameras around the site. The power available to sites will be 10-15amp.
