Key pieces of technology, site design and tree structure implemented by Vito on his blood orange farm, Redbelly Citrus, allow management of frosts, droughts and floods. 

Vito is no stranger to adapting to climate challenges. When starting with the farm in 2005, they were in the Millennium drought, so the water was expensive and in limited supply, which forced the design of the farm to factor in efficiency. Since day one, Vito has focused on ways to adapt to climate challenges.
