Safety
Course Overview
Every farm has hazards, but many risks can be reduced with the right planning, communication and systems in place.
In this course, NSW DPIRD Agtech Specialist Tom Flanagan explores how Agtech and connectivity can support safer farming operations by helping identify risks, improve communication and support faster responses when incidents occur.
Drawing on real-world examples, you'll explore how technologies such as sensors, remote monitoring, GPS tracking and communication systems can improve awareness across your property and reduce exposure to high-risk tasks.
