All staff attending must be registered prior to the event.
Please complete the Staff Registration Form, located on the Exhibitor logisitcs page.
There is no limit to the number of staff onsite; however, all personnel must be registered.
Networking events
'Just a Farmer' Movie Screening - Thursday 26 March
A relaxed networking evening including a screening of 'Just a Farmer' presented by Warren Davies (The Unbreakable Farmer). This event is free to attend and provides an opportunity to connect with fellow exhibitors and attendees. Seats are limited.
Virtual Fencing Breakfast - Friday 27 March
A focused industry breakfast exploring virtual fencing technology and its practical application on farm.
Cost: $11 per person
Site layout
There are a range of exhibitor sites available both indoor and outdoor.
- Sites range in size from 3x3, 5x5 up to 10x10m
- The large 10x10m spaces are for machinery or large scale demonstrations.
- Government agencies are invited to exhibit in Waratah Alley, an avenue of regional government initiatives.

Big Tech Big Ideas is a two day field day in the Central West region of NSW to showcase innovative Agtech, automation and connectivity solutions designed to increase productivity, improve efficiencies and strengthen sustainability for NSW farmers.
Thursday 26th and Friday 27th March 2026
Bump in is on Wednesday 25th March, 12pm - 4pm & Thursday 26th March, 6am - 9am.
All exhibitors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM on Thursday 26 March.
Bump out is on Friday 27th March, 4.30pm - 6pm. No early pack-downs permitted.

Agtech Alley is a premier exhibition precinct coordinated by NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development's Farms of the Future program. It features leading Agtech suppliers in one location and is hosted by the Farms of the Future Agtech Specialists, who help understand farmer's problems and guide them to the Agtech supplier and device that best solves their on-farm challenges.
A demonstration zone is an exclusive area to demonstrate products in action and capture the attention of farmers and industry professionals eager to invest in the future of farming.
Big Tech Big Ideas is proudly coordinated by Central West Local Land Services (LLS) and the Farms of the Future program through the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development. Big Tech Big Ideas is part of the Adapt 2 Project, supported by the Australian Government through funding from the Natural Heritage Trust under the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program.
